VP OF COMPLIANCE

Amanda Lee Gross

Amanda Lee Gross brings unmatched experience in affordable housing to our training and compliance services. From the ground up, she learned about the affordable housing industry, starting as a site manager and quickly becoming a Compliance Director. Ms. Gross has leveraged that experience to become a nationally recognized expert trainer in Fair Housing, LIHTC, RD, HUD, and HOME.

She has conducted hundreds of training workshops and seminars throughout the country, helping property management professionals become more effective and better able to protect the assets and reputation of companies. Amanda is a thought leader in the affordable housing industry, speaking at several industry conferences each year and working closely with many state agencies.

Gary Kirkman

Gary joined US Housing Consultants after more than 17 years of affordable housing experience. Gary’s lengthy resume includes hands-on experience as a regional property manager, award-winning community manager, training director for a property management company, and trainer covering multiple funding programs.

Over his years in the industry, Gary has developed a style that combines the right amount of entertainment and thoughtful communication of often deeply complex information. Gary is an experienced and engaging public speaker. He conducts public and private training and speaks at housing conferences, providing training on all major affordable housing programs.

Joe Reynolds
INSPECTION PROTOCOL TRAINER

Joe Reynolds

Joe Reynolds joined US Housing Consultants in 2014 as a senior inspection analyst and Director of Inspection Services. He then moved over to the training department in 2023. Joe has worked in multifamily housing for more than 20 years.

As a senior inspection analyst, Joe worked with hundreds of companies, helping them prepare for REAC Inspections and develop better procedures for remaining compliant daily. Joe has worked with everyone from executives to front-line staff and helped them transform their properties into high-performing assets.

Brandon Bay
INSPECTION PROTOCOL TRAINER

Brandon Bay

Brandon Bay has worked in the affordable housing industry for over ten years. He founded a real estate investment and development company in Oregon during that time.

Then, he transitioned to compliance oversight for the Oregon Housing Finance Authority as a Senior Inspection Compliance Analyst. He joined US Housing Consultants in 2023 as an inspection protocol trainer, training owners, managers, investors, and state agencies nationwide.

Randy McCall
HOUSING COMPLIANCE TRAINER

Randy McCall

Randy McCall brings more than 20 years of affordable housing experience to US Housing Consultants. His passion for and in-depth knowledge of affordable housing programs has enabled him to successfully provide training to management companies, state agencies, and non-profit entities.

McCall started his career as an onsite leasing agent and moved up to training specialist positions at a State Housing finance agency and later with Emphasys software. McCall’s affordable housing expertise is wide- ranging, running the gamut from HUD to LIHTC and beyond, and his training style makes even the most complex topics understandable.

Morgan Baldwin
HOUSING COMPLIANCE TRAINER

Morgan Baldwin

With a background that began in Dental school and no prior housing experience, Morgan’s journey into affordable housing is a testament to the power of curiosity, resilience, and purpose-driven work.  She started in affordable housing as a compliance specialist, and a few short years later, Morgan earned her HCCP certification from NAHB, and now Morgan now trains professionals nationwide on the complexities of all affordable housing programs.

Morgan Baldwin joins US Housing Consultants as a passionate Housing Compliance Trainer with years of experience in the affordable housing industry.  She is known for making compliance personable, approachable, and empowering others to navigate the regulatory landscape with confidence and clarity. Morgan’s mission is simple: to inspire and educate the next generation of housing professionals, ensuring that affordable housing remains accessible, equitable, and sustainable for all.
