ACE Certifications for HUD, RD, and NSPIRE
NSPIRE ACE Certification
HUD replaced both UPCS and HQS with NSPIRE in 2023, and we’ve developed a certification-level course for professionals looking to master the NSPIRE inspection process. This certification does not license individuals to work for HUD REAC. Still, it is certified for private use with PHA voucher departments, state Housing Finance Authorities, and PJs performing NSPIRE inspections for compliance.

Learning the ins and outs of the HUD 4350.3 Handbook is vital to understanding HUD Compliance.
