Our Leadership Team
Amanda Lee Gross brings unmatched experience in affordable housing to our training and compliance services. She learned the affordable housing industry from the ground up, starting as a site manager and quickly becoming a Compliance Director. Ms. Gross has leveraged that experience to become a nationally recognized expert trainer in Fair
Housing, LIHTC, RD, HUD, and HOME. She has conducted hundreds of training workshops and seminars throughout the country, helping property management professionals become more effective and better able to protect the assets and
reputation of companies. Amanda is a thought leader in the affordable housing industry, speaking at several industry conferences each year and working closely with a number of state agencies.
Dan Biron has been a critical member of US Housing Consultants since 2006, shortly after the Company’s founding. Dan started as the executive assistant to the CEO and quickly developed a deep understanding of affordable housing compliance. Dan led the Inspection Services Department for several years, during which time he developed a reputation as a leading industry expert on REAC Appeals. Dan has guided affordable housing professionals nationwide for more than a decade, working with them to ensure the safety, marketability, and long-term viability of their properties. In 2019, Dan became the Chief Account Executive for US Housing Consultants and oversaw the success of all of our client’s accounts.
Deborah Russell joined US Housing Consultants in 2018 with more than twenty-five years of experience in accounting. She worked in the reinsurance industry for several years and then joined Lawn Dawg as the CFO, a position she held for 12 years, helping guide the company to success and eventually to a sale. Deborah has a degree in accounting and an MBA and brings a wealth of experience to her role with US Housing Consultants.
James Campanella is a passionate leader who came to US Housing Consultants in 2018 after selling his previous company, Lawn Dawg. After 14 years of working in the lawn care industry, Jim launched Lawn Dawg and grew the Company to 10 branch locations throughout the Northeast, employing over 150 people and serving over 30,000 customers. At its height, Lawn Dawg was ranked the 9th largest lawn care company in the country. Jim brought a wide range of experience to US Housing Consultants and inspires our employees to approach everything they do with pride and professionalism. Jim lives in Hollis, New Hampshire, with his wife and three children.
John Broderick has worked in community development and affordable housing for over three decades. He has worked as an organizer, policy advocate, nonprofit developer, and asset manager. John uses his knowledge of the affordable housing industry to help shape US Housing Consultants’ programs and services to meet the changing needs of our customers, and he builds new lines of business for our company. John previously held policy and advocacy positions at LeadingAge New York and Supportive Housing of New York. He was executive director of Flatbush Development Corporation in Brooklyn and of Shires Housing in Bennington, Vermont. He lives outside of Montpelier, Vermont.
As Vice President of Client Services, Megan leads a team of professionals who provide quality support to our clients and consultants. Megan joined US Housing Consultants in 2007 as an executive assistant. For eight years, beginning in 2010, she headed a compliance workout program in Virginia, overseeing the turnaround of 27 group homes. At the end of that engagement, Megan joined the client services department. Megan has a deep interest in making a difference in the lives of others. Before joining US Housing Consultants, she enjoyed working with nonprofits and social service agencies.
She loves that our work makes a difference in the lives of our clients and their tenants and will do whatever she can to support them and our employees in providing a safe place to call “home” for each affordable housing resident. Megan lives in Chesapeake, Virginia, and splits her time between there and her home state of New Hampshire.
Scott Precourt is the Founder and Sr. Partner of US Housing Consultants and co-founder of InspectCheck Software. Scott served as the President/CEO from 2006 to 2017, and in 2018, he moved into a role focused on training and business development. He has worked with owners and managers of affordable housing for over 20 years, finding effective ways to resolve HUD and Tax Credit non-compliance issues ranging from physical inspection issues to compliance matters. Scott developed the services, products, software platforms, and procedures for US Housing Consultants and oversees the Company’s growth and development.
As Human Resources Manager, Stephanie makes sure all employees of US Housing Consultants have all the support needed for success from their very first day on the job and every day after. Stephanie joined US Housing Consultants in 2012. Her journey began in the Compliance Department, and, over the years, she grew and evolved with the Company and has found her passion and ultimate long-term career as an HR Manager. Stephanie works day in and day out to ensure her employees always come first. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband and two children.
Karinna Palacios joined US Housing Consultants in 2022 as a personal assistant to the Founding Partner. Karinna joined US Housing Consultants with experience in marketing, advertising, real estate, and business development. Karinna is recognized for her ability to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. Her precision and dedication to detail guarantee that US Housing Consultants’ founder and managing partner can focus on strategic initiatives while she takes care of the day-to-day operational intricacies. Committed to continuous learning, Karinna actively seeks opportunities to enhance her skills and stay abreast of industry trends. She is dedicated to staying at the forefront of best practices in executive support.
