Getting your Maintenance Team to Always Be Inspection Ready
NSPIRE Everyday is a one-day workshop that combines both the theory and practice of understanding NSPIRE Inspections. Our expert trainer will take you through a classroom presentation in the morning on all of the latest updates on NSPIRE and then the fundamentals and hottest issues.
These workshops are hosted at a sponsoring property, and the classroom section is hosted in a conference or other community space, and we inspect units, common areas, and other vital areas to show all of the attendees exactly what to look for and how to stay inspection-ready everyday.
NSPIRE Inspection Training For Everyday Compliance
This training workshop is live and engaging and breaks down the new NSPIRE standards to every day application. This classroom session is followed by a detailed live inspection demonstration, where our trainer will take the class around a property and demonstrate how the NSPIRE standards are to be used in practice. We will show how to properly use testing and measuring devices, and how inspections are supposed to done by the book.

We will review the latest updates to NSPIRE along with fundamentals and a review of the ten hottest NSPIRE standards. This is followed up with a hands-on training experience, taking the entire class through a subject property and showing them how an inspection is supposed to be done – bringing theory and practice together in a single fun day of training.
All you need to do is a secure a training location at a member’s property, typically with a conference or community room large enough to fit a group and bring in a light snack and lunch. We’ll bring the trainers, the materials, and get it all done.
