REAC NSPIRE Training in Bangor/Portland

MREMA and NERAHMS are partnering to provide NSPIRE Training in Bangor and in Portland. US Housing Consultant Trainer, Joe Reynolds will be facilitating the one day trainings at the locations below.
BANGOR- July 31, 2024
Location: Bangor Housing Authority – Maintenance Building – 133 Davis Road, Bangor
Registration/ Check In : 8:30am (light breakfast will be provided)
Training 9:00am – 4:00pm ( lunch will be provided 12:00-12:30)
PORTLAND- August 1, 2024
Location: Italian Heritage Center- 40 Westland Ave, Portland
Registration/Check In: 8:30am (light breakfast will provided)

Cost:
Register your team members and take advantage of the EARLY BIRD PRICING now until June 14th @ $225 per person for the Bangor location and $275 for Portland (incorrect price stated $225 for Portland).
We apologize as there was an error in pricing with the email that was sent out last week for the Portland location. Due to the venue and food cost the Portland training cost is slightly higher as we need to cover those costs. The cost is $275 for Early Bird and $300 after June 15th.
Registration will remain open from June 15th – June 28th @ $250 per person for Bangor & $300 for the Portland location (incorrect price stated $250 for Portland).

About the Trainer:
Joe Reynolds, Inspection Protocol Trainer with US Housing Consultants
Joe Reynolds joined US Housing Consultants in 2014 as a senior inspection analyst and Director of Inspection Services. He then moved over to the training department in 2023. Joe has worked in multifamily housing for more than 20 years.
As a senior inspection analyst, Joe worked with hundreds of companies, helping them prepare for REAC Inspections and develop better procedures for remaining compliant daily. Joe has worked with everyone from executives to front-line staff and helped them transform their properties into high-performing assets
