All attendees will have the option of taking the USHC Rural Development Accredited Compliance Expert (A.C.E) Designation. The RD A.C.E Certification is a specialized designation for affordable housing management professionals working with RD’s Multifamily programs. Professionals holding this designation have a demonstrable and thorough understanding of determining household eligibility and rent for RD’s Multifamily Housing programs. The A.C.E certification exam is an optional exam offered online after the course.
