This certification recognizes affordable housing professionals who demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of HUD Multifamily Housing compliance — including household eligibility, rent and income and asset calculations, verification procedures, and other applicable program requirements.
Professionals who earn this designation have proven their expertise in applying HUD rules and regulations to real-world scenarios.
