Conquer Multi-Family HUD Compliance

Created by Amanda Lee Gross, the “Conquering HUD Multi-Family Compliance” is a three-day, 16.5 -hour course specially designed to assist affordable housing professionals in conquering HUD project compliance.

Our Trainer delves deep into HUD’s laws and regulations while providing real-world examples with practical applications. This engaging and interactive session utilizes numerous examples and exercises to ensure attendees complete the session with a thorough understanding of how to not only maintain project compliance but also comprehend why it is so important to do so.

Earn an Accredited Compliance Expert (A.C.E) Designation

The A.C.E. is a specialized designation for affordable housing management professionals working with HUD’s Multi-Family programs. Professionals holding this designation have a demonstrable and thorough understanding of determining household eligibility and rent for HUD’s Multi-Family Housing programs.

The A.C.E certification exam is an optional online exam that can be taken anytime within 2 weeks after the conclusion of the course.

Gary joined US Housing Consultants after over 18 years of affordable housing experience. Gary’s lengthy resume includes hands-on experience as a regional property manager, award-winning community manager, training director for a property management company, and trainer covering multiple funding programs.

Over his years in the industry, Gary has developed a style that combines the right amount of entertainment and thoughtful communication of often deeply complex information. Gary is an experienced and engaging public speaker. He conducts public and private trainings and speaks at housing conferences, providing training on all major affordable housing programs.
