John Broderick has worked in community development and affordable housing for more than three decades as an organizer, policy advocate, nonprofit developer and asset manager. He uses his knowledge of the affordable housing industry to help shape USHC’s programs and services to meet the changing needs of our customers, including building new lines of business. John previously held policy and advocacy positions at LeadingAge New York and Supportive Housing of New York. He was executive director of Flatbush Development Corporation in Brooklyn, and of Shires Housing in Bennington, Vermont. He lives outside of Montpelier, Vermont.
