Refund and Return Policy
Registration for any training seminar shall be non-refundable within seven days of the training event. Registration fees will only be refunded for cases of personal emergencies and must be requested via telephone, and is subject to individual approval. Registration for training cannot be refunded, as the spaces for the seminars are limited and costs expended for the attendee are committed well in advance of the event. Refunds for policies and other products will be provided in the form of credit with US Housing Consultants unless the refund is due to a damaged or deficient product.
Shipping Policy
US Housing Consultants ships all orders by USPS international policy for the actual cost of postage. US Housing Consultants utilizes a third party order fulfillment warehouse; once orders are placed online, the inventory is packed and shipped on the next business day. Some orders may arrive in separate shipments if available inventory is stored in different warehouses.
