US Housing Consultants is currently seeking a responsible, self-motivated individual to join our assessment team as an Inspection Consultant.
This full-time position will require various types of field inspections, data collection, and report drafting.
Qualified individuals will have the following skills and abilities:
Flexibility to travel as needed
Work is performed in field (nationally) settings. Considerable walking is required during the inspection of various sized multi-family or facility projects. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel and crouch for various amounts of time. He/she must also be able to see, speak, listen, smell, and have standard vision abilities, including color recognition.
