Scott has extensive experience with Property Management, having served as a manager of a multitude of housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, HOME, CDBG, and Public Housing). In addition, Scott has performed housing inspections, Capital Needs Assessments, and has also worked as a compliance trainer for agencies in many regions of the country. Scott has performed over 10,000 inspections on properties throughout the country, from phyiscal inspections for Pre-REAC Inspections, to Capital Needs, to Equtiy Inspections for Tax Credit Investors and Owners, Pre-MOR Reviews, Tax Credit Audits, and Training Sessions, both public and private.
