our ability to create reports that are functional, readable, and on the cutting edge of technology, We use a wide range of
technological mechanisms to collect and report data to our clients, all with the idea in mind that the reports must be (1)
readable, (2) able to be produced quickly, and (3) in a format that everyone can use or can be converted to one. Our Pre-REAC
Inspections are produced in hours; our compliance reviews in a matter of days, and our PCNA's in an average of 10 days
after the completion of the inspection. The following samples are just a fraction of the reports that we create, and all of
these reports are Copyright protected and the materials held within have been trademarked, and all of the reports have been
redacted to protect our client's privacy. |

Inspection Report Samples Our
Pre-REAC and 100% UPCS Inspection Reports are the most detailed in the industry and are the only reports that can be produced
within minutes of the completion of the site inspection. The two samples included below are just a portion of the UPCS and
Pre-REAC Inspection formats that we have available; we let us know if there are any other items that you would like to review
such as scoring reports, construction estimates, etc, and we can send you samples of these reports as well.

Assessments and PNA Reports This
sample of our Capital Needs Assessment shows our standard report format that we have generated after years of experience in
the industry, determining what the best format is, and what format can be most easily understood by the widest range
of state and local agencies, as well as our clients. We use a combination of a database, excel forms, and a standard
Word document to produce our reports, as well as a wide array of photographs. All of the formats contained within are
copyright protected.

Compliance and File Review
Sample Reports Our compliance
review reports are the most detailed in the industry, and we worked hard on developing a format that didn't try to truncate
all of the information into tiny subscript or drag it onto several hundred pages to make it readable. We try to combine
the necessity of collecting all of the required information for ensuring proper compliance, with the comprehensive notes and
descriptions that make our reviews an educational experience, instead of simply being faceless enforcement. This sample report
is a good example of our work, but in no way do all of our reports look exactly like this sample; our compliance reports vary
greatly property by property.
