USHC has created over 500 appeals for REAC, PHAS, and MOR Inspections
since 2004, and has a success rate of more than 98%, with more than 2,500 points regained. We can never guarantee success on any
particular appeal, but our success rate has been gained by following our basic principals:
→ USHC will only
appeal items that are legitmately outside the boundaries of the Code of Federal Regulations or governing regulations under
the specific Federal funding program - we don't create appeals with "fluff" or items that are "reaching
over the line" or just argue "balls and strikes".
