On the day of the inspection, our Staff Inspector will make sure that everything is properly prepared and will review all issues that the inspector does cite you in order to ensure that they are recorded properly. About REAC Preparation Services

Our Preparation services are an inspection service that we have created to address the last minute items that are often overlooked during the REAC Inspection preparation period. Small items such as auxiliary lighting, door hardware, or electrical hazards can take your inspection from a 90 to a 70 in the blink of an eye. Our preparation service will take you through your entire property with your maintenance staff, preparing your property, addressing last minute issues, and making sure that your property is ready for your REAC Inspection. Using this service in combination with a Pre-REAC Inspection that is performed before your REAC Inspection is the best method for ensuring that your inspection is not just "passing" but a "high performer".

About REAC Inspection "Walk-Alongs" or "Escort"

Our REAC Inspection Escort or "Walk-Along" is a service that makes sure that the inspection goes well and that the score is known before REAC releases it. Items cited during your REAC Inspection that are recorded incorrectly can cost you dozens of points, and our professional inspector will make sure that items are recorded correctly. Issues can be recorded under "Systems" instead of "Common Area" and cost you a dozen points for the same issue, and/our Inspectors know these issues, ask the right questions, and record any irregularities, and do so without creating an acrimonious environment. We create a friendly environment with the inspector and never ask them to do anything untoward or outside standard; we simply ensure that issues are recorded properly and that issues that are not REAC violations are not recorded.
