Public Housing Compliance Reviews 
In addition to our extensive work with Multifamily Housing, our compliance analysts have also worked with Public Housing & Housing Choice programs - both in traditional environments and with Tax Credits in programs such as HOPE VI. Our compliance reviews for PIH and HCV programs reivew resident files to determine if income, assets, & expenses have been properly calculated in accordance with RIM requirements and that 50058's have been generated properly. We also review requirements such as Earned Income Disallowance and Community Service Requirements.
Pre-RIM Review File and and Compliance Analysis
Our Pre-RIM Review File and Compliance Review is a sample or 100% review of resident files and applications for admissions. We review the files to determine if all of the proper documentation has been collected; if the income, assets, and expenses were calculated properly and verified with proper techniques, and that all of the requirements set forth in the ACOP have been followed in the manner that the HA has designed. Our Pre-RIM reviews have been used by agencies large and small throughout the country, both for preparing for a RIM review and for being "always prepared".
