Question: When should I start preparing for a REAC
Inspection?- Sarah from Eatontown, NJ
|
Answer: Start
early, at least 3 months ahead of time. If you know that you are due for an inspection in the current calendar
year start by contacting HUD and ascertaining an approximate date for your inspection. Generally you can
have an inspection 9 to 12 months from the previous inspection if your previous score was not 80 or above.
