The majority of file issues during Management Reviews and Tax Credit Audits are related to
information that is on file, but could not be found by the auditor. If your resident files are not uniform in
setup and are not organized in such a way that provides a complete stranger (e.g. your auditor!) to quickly figure out where
items are filed, then you need a uniform system.
Many companies have made the decision to switch to a uniform resident file system, but who
has the time! Hours of working on files in between answering phones, issuing work orders, and doing recertifications for this
year -- not very likely.

- New Classification Folders or Three Ring Binders (Your Choice)
- New Labels on every Resident File Folder
- Reorganization of every resident file into a 5-Section Filing System
- Clean up of your existing file folder (removing excess staples, paper clips, and other collected
items in your files).
For $35.00 per resident file, we will supply all of the above, with services to be provided
by a COS/Tax Credit Specialist. We will provide the folders, the service, and all you have to do is is give us a few
days and your files will look brand new.
A 100 Unit Complex can have all of your files re-organzied for $3500.00, including all the materials,
and in a few short days, the reorganization that you were going to "get to someday" will be done and you can get back to the
business of managing your property!
