USHC have created a system that allows us to quickly gather information on site, to process the information into a detailed and informative report that is then utilized for our standard internal quality assurance process to ensure that all areas of the property have been properly addressed, that the costs are accurate, and that the needs we have addressed accurately represent the property owners’ intentions for the property.

We have performed needs assessments for both properties looking to better understand long-term needs and replacement reserve requirements, as well as properties planning substantial rehabilitation or other modernization or repair activity. Our inspectors are trained to evaluate the immediate, short-term, long-term, and other needs of the property, specified by the size, quantity, type, condition, and other factors of each component on your property.
