One of our REAC consultants in our New Hampshire office will work with you to isolate all of the areas on your report that can be successfully appealed and then we help you create all of the appropriate documentation that needs to be submitted in support of your appeal. We base our recommendations for what items can be appealed on seven years of experience creating appeals, as well as our catalog of hundreds and hundreds of results from similar appeals.

If there are other issues that need to be resolved at the same time as your REAC appeal (civil penalties, history of non-compliance on MOR or AFS filing), we can also assist you to get your property and company back into compliance with HUD. If we cannot assist you, we work closely with many of the country’s best law firms, who will be able to assist you resolve your non-compliance issues with HUD.
