Municipal Housing Inspection Services
U.S. Housing Consultants have been working with cities throughout the country to develop new zoning regulations, ordinances, and laws that require that non-subsidized housing apartments meet the minimum housing standards of UPCS Inspection codes. We are providing training, insight, and inspection services to cities that want to see an end to the tragedies of apartment fires and other instances of renters being harmed by housing that is not being maintained properly.
